I don’t know if you’re a social networking enthusiast, but it looks like Facebook, the student-oriented social networking site has released a feature that has caused an uproar in over 200,000 of their users. As a Facebook user, I’m sitting on the fence - while their new newsfeed feature allows users to stalk more easily, is does allow people to realize how public their information really is on social networking sites….

It seems that lately, myspace has been stripping < embed > tags more rigorously than before. I guess this means that users won’t be able to share those funny videos as easily over myspace messenger.

Right now, I’m just trying to get the site functioning. As you may or may not notice, I’ve created custom wordpress templates that use the myspace template directory structure to create a dynamically generated display page. Fun Stuff…
